I thought the shipping charge was outrageous and you can’t see what it is until it’s charged! It was way more than I would have EVER paid had I been aware before purchase. I honestly thought it must be free shipping bc it wasn’t “popping up” anywhere - until it was charged! There was no way to cancel! Glad I LOVE the pillow ~ but BEWARE of shipping charges!
