Rooted in centuries-old craftsmanship and minimalist design, Master Shin continues a legacy of artistry and precision. Established in 1845 in Anseong, South Korea, the Shin Blacksmith is now led by the fifth generation and is recognized as the oldest continuously operating blacksmith in Korea. In 2016, Master Shin In-young was honored by Gyeonggi Province as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Treasure for preserving traditional Korean blacksmithing techniques.
Make preparation in the kitchen easy with this durable, sashimi knife. Typically used for the traditional preparation of fish but also does a great job very thinly slicing fruit and vegetables.
